Type of Work
Retail / Night-time renovation - A high-pressure retail renovation delivered against the clock — proving that speed and craftsmanship can coexist through disciplined coordination.

Overview
For two barber retail spaces, timing was the decisive factor. Every hour mattered. The challenge was to transform raw interiors into fully operational shops without delaying opening, requiring continuous coordination across trades.

Our Beginning
The sites were unfinished, with multiple contractors working in parallel. The task was to integrate finishes seamlessly into an evolving construction environment while maintaining absolute schedule control.

Key interventions
• 24/7 operations: night shifts enabled substrate preparation and surface installation without disrupting other construction phases.
• Team synergy: close collaboration with LS Group (Caorle), drywall installers, and electricians allowed overlapping workflows with no downtime.
• Complete finishing cycle: from technical substrate preparation to precise tile and surface installation, ensuring consistent quality at high speed.
• Site engineering: minute-by-minute coordination ensured both locations were handed over fully finished and ready for inauguration.

Role of the team
Berliner Bautechnik coordinated site logistics and execution sequencing; Atelier Ottimo safeguarded material quality and visual coherence under fast-track conditions.

Transformation
What began as raw commercial shells became refined men’s grooming spaces — delivered on time, fully operational, and finished with the same care expected from a non-accelerated project. A demonstration of how structured collaboration compresses timelines without eroding quality.
